Hiring for Administrative Assistant
McDonough County wants to hire you as the new administrative assistant. This position will be up to 20 hours a week.
Responsibilities include assisting the manager with maintaining membership records; maintaining financial records & preparing reports; assist with programs, activities, and events; various office responsibilities.
Qualified candidates must possess knowledge and experience in financial record keeping and Microsoft Office software. Must possess strong organizational skills, as well as excellent oral and written communication skills. Candidate must be able to prioritize work and multi-task. Experience in a related role and knowledge of agriculture is highly preferred.
