McDonough County Farm Bureau is a voluntary membership organization of citizens from all walks of life. Your membership supports the work of the county farm bureau and at the state and national levels. (When you join your county Farm Bureau, you are automatically a member of the Illinois Farm Bureau and the American Farm Bureau Federation, also.)
