Broadband Listening Sessons

The Office of Broadband is beginning its planning process for federal funding to improve broadband service through the Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment Program (BEAD).  BEAD could provide Illinois between $600 million to more than $1 billion in funds to improve internet service in unserved and underserved areas. These listening sessions are necessary for the Office of Broadband to move forward with a plan. These listening sessions are designed for stakeholders to be able to share their experience.
